Laboratory

Our Lab is Your Lab

Our 4000 square foot state-of-the-art laboratory was opened in January 2023. It is climate controlled so that all ambient conditions can be reproduced for representative testing. We utilize both drum and pan mixers in order to accurately represent the ready-mix, paving, and precast industries. At Premiere, “Our lab is your lab,” and customers are encouraged to utilize our facility either by themselves, in collaboration with us, or, if preferred, we can handle the testing for you.

Mix Design Testing

The most widely utilized service we offer is mix design verification for project submittals. Regardless of where you are located, we have over 10,000 square feet of storage space dedicated to housing your local materials. This provides us the ability to run new mixes at a moments notice.

State-Approved Testing

Our laboratory is W.I.S.D.O.T. certified and approved to develop Wisconsin state mixes. Additionally, we can provide support for other D.O.T. specifications.

Customer Portal

When you are a Premiere customer, you gain access to a variety of features through our customer portal. Notably, customers can view various test results in real time or create their own mix designs.
